Shared Values is a platform for companies who want to share ownership proportionally with the people who build them. Contributors earn Shared Value Tokens representing a real stake in profits — transparently, automatically, and without extractive middlemen.
How it works
1. Log hours
Contributors log hours against projects. SVTs are issued based on your fair market rate minus your minimum viable salary.
2. Run the quarter
At quarter-end, the Profit Run distributes available profits proportionally to SVT holders.
3. Verify
Every payout is published to a public Transparency Report with a verifiable hash chain.
